There's nothing more that I love than the change of seasons, bringing new ingredients for us all to enjoy and look forward to every time. Whilst I love the summer sun, heat and being able to make cakes like this courgette, basil, lime and pistachio cake, the season's over now… I can look forward to making it again next year and in the meantime enjoy all the wonderful produce we have now like #Quince #Apples #Pears #Clementines #Carrots #Beetroot #Parsnips and more! #EatingTheSeasons and #Local is cheaper, better for us and most of all, it tastes so much better too!
